Movie buffs from various parts of the country set sail for Catalina Island, just off of the Southern California coast, for a tribute to one of the best buddy comedies in the last decade. This weekend marked the second annual Catalina Wine Mixer, made famous by the 2008 hit comedy, Step Brothers, starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly. Armed with their best Dale and Brennan costumes and closest friends, die-hard fans swarmed Descanso Beach to enjoy a weekend of music, food and, of course, lots of wine.

Myspace attended the Catalina Wine Mixer and got to know some of the film’s biggest fans and admire their themed wardrobes.

What are you looking forward to most at the Catalina Wine Mixer? This island is incredible. The best thing about it is that there's more to do outside of the event itself. My wife and I are thinking about going snorkeling or kayaking before the weekend ends.
