It's the title track off the R&B singer's upcoming LP, which comes out November 25.
The Weeknd has unveiled a doozy of a single: the title track of Starboy, featuring suave electronic production from none other than Daft Punk.
On the track, Abel Tesfaye's smooth vocals complement light instrumentals from the legendary French electro duo. "Look what you’ve done," sings the Canadian R&B star on the chorus. "I’m a motherfuckin’ Starboy."
In a recent interview, Tesfaye noted that Starboy will feel different than his 2015 blockbuster Beauty Behind the Madness. "I think it’ll be the best-sounding album I’ve ever done," said the artist to VMan Magazine.
"It’s hard to label the sound because, when I first came out, nobody would label it R&B. I just want to keep pushing the envelope without it feeling forced."
