None of us are perfect...we all have parts of our body we're not happy about...among the many things my beautiful twelve step program has taught me...I've been taught acceptance...by accepting my bodily imperfections...i now have a higher level of self compassion and self esteem...low self esteem and addiction go hand in hand...it was very important that i built self esteem...to build my self esteem...I had to get motivated...not to be lazy or sloppy...take pride in my personal appearance...like to smell nice...practice good posture...exercise...eat a well balanced diet...I had to identify my good points...I had learn to love myself ...my daily meditation also helps me accept my imperfections 😃🙏❤
