Rising Filipino boy band and The World’s Best contestants the TNT Boys

were treated to a special surprise during an appearance on The Late Late Show on Tuesday.

The trio, which comprises of Keifer Sanchez, 15; Mackie Empuerto, 14; and Francis Concepcion, 13, were introduced by host James Cordon (who’s also behind the reality competition) as they took the stage to perform the beloved Dreamgirls tune “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going.”

Before launching into the stunning rendition of the song, the singers expressed their awe that Cordon had met one of their favorite artists, Ariana Grande – making the surprise that much sweeter.

Halfway through the number, Grande emerged from backstage, shocking the group as she helped them to sing the empowerment anthem’s finale.

Following the heartwarming moment, the pop star sat down for an interview with Cordon and discussed her recent achievement of becoming the first artist — and the first musical act since the Beatles — to have three songs at the top of the charts simultaneously.

“I think it’s so funny, I thought it was hilarious,” she said of the milestone. “When I woke up, I thought it was an edit, like my fans made… It’s really wild, my mom and I were driving around listening to the Beatles all day.”
