Jane Krawkowski teases possible reboot

30 Rock star Jane Krawkowski has said that there have been “conversations” about the show returning.

The Tina Fey-led NBC show ran for seven seasons from 2006 to 2013. As well as Fey and Krawkowski, the show’s cast also included Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan, Jack McBrayer, Judah Friedlander and Katrina Bowden.

Krawkowski – who played Jenna Maroney in the show – spoke to The Hollywood Reporter recently when she was asked about a possible reboot.

“[A revival] would be a dream come true. We all had the greatest time on that show,” Krawkowski said, adding that “there’s definitely been talk and conversations”.

“We all say over and over again that working on that show was probably the best experience we’re ever going to have in our careers, as far as creativity goes,” Krawkowski added.

“We’re still so proud of the writing and the great characters. It was such a success and all of those things were amazing.”

“Right now, [reboots are] the trend,” Krawkowski remarked, referring to news that both The Office and West Wing might return . “And I would be thrilled if the trend continued over into 30 Rock.”

NBC Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt previously spoke about the possibility of bringing 30 Rock back, saying last August that he had spoken to Tina Fey about it.

“I’d say to Tina, ‘Hey, you think some more 30 Rock makes any sense?’ She’d say, ‘I don’t know, maybe.'”
