Perfect Your Personal Healing Process

There's no single healing process that works for everyone. It's part of what makes healing such a pain for many folks, and basing your version off of someone else's can lead to complications in healing your ink. Most tattoo artists can probably give you a pretty good regimen and even some different options for different skin types and preferences, but they won't be there with you throughout the weeks as your tattoo settles permanently into your skin. Don't be afraid to try different gels, creams, wraps, lotions, and anything else that could make the experience less irritating, as spending a few extra bucks on Aquaphor and Cetaphil is well worth having a great-looking tattoo. Your skin is different than anyone else's, so find what works best for you and nail it down.
