The fan was riding home from buying his girlfriend tickets to see the country star live when he got in the wreck.
Jonathan Daniels wanted to surprise his girlfriend Lindsay Baker with Blake Shelton tickets for her birthday. Unfortunately, after he bought them he got into a motorcycle accident, which put him in the hospital. Blake heard about what happened via a letter Jonathan wrote on Facebook to the country star and immediately wanted to do something special for the couple.
"I'm very sorry for the accident," Blake said in a video to Jonathan. "I hope you recover soon and you feel better. I'm obviously ready to give you tickets to any show you can make it to. And don't rush getting well."
Blake also promised to meet the couple at whatever show they choose to attend as well as left this PSA, "Motorcycles are very dangerous!"
