Formed in 1998 as a sometime side project by longtime Unleashed guitarist Fredrik Lindgren (who here goes by the handle of Freddie Eugene for some reason), Terra Firma is a classic, up-tempo stoner/doom metal combo based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Also featuring bassist Nico Moosebeach, drummer Izmo Ledderfejs, and singer Lord Chritus of Count Raven fame, these Scandinavian scene veterans made their debut with an eponymous release through the Music Cartel in 1999. Understandably, accomplished and professional given its key players' considerable experience and pedigree, this was followed by 2001's equally impressive Harms Way. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
