Terese Genecco is an award-winning singer based in New York City where she is known as "the longest-running nightclub act on Broadway" with over 100 performances at The Iridium Jazz Club with her 8-piece "little big band.
" Genecco began her singing career in San Francisco by winning the "Entertainer of the Year" award at the 2003 San Francisco-Bay Area Cabaret Competition.

In 2005, she debuted her one-woman, hit show, "Drunk With Love: A Tribute To Frances Faye!" to critical acclaim and multiple performances at The New Conservatory Theatre Center, The Plush Room, and The Rrazz Room in San Francisco before taking it on the road to New York City's Metropolitan Room and Hollywood's M Bar. From there, Genecco continued to build upon her repertoire which was culled from the Great American Songbook hits of her Rat Pack idols and their 1960s contemporaries, and adapt them for her unique 8-piece band lineup. In 2009, Genecco and her band debuted at The Iridium Jazz Club in their open-ended run of shows on the last Tuesday of each month. While continuing the Iridium run, Genecco has performed everywhere from The Cutting Room, 54 Below, B.B. King's, Jazz At Lincoln Center, and Carnegie Hall in NYC to The Jazz Basement in Sydney, Australia, The Raye Freedman Arts Centre in Aukland, New Zealand, Yoshi's Jazz Club in Oakland, CA, Steamboat Landing and the Downstairs Cabaret Theater in Upstate New York, and The Peppermill Hotel & Casino in Reno, Nevada to name but a few. Genecco is a sought-after host and emcee in addition to her entertaining career. She is a graduate of the Syracuse University Drama department with a BFA in musical theater. Genecco is also a playwright ("The Quarry") and the owner of Mulligan Productions, a multi-divisional artist management and representation organization that includes BUG:OUT:MUSIC, BUG:OUT:DESIGN, and BUG:OUT:MEDIA. She is also a supporter of animal rescue and has been joined by CeeCee, an 8 year-old Shih Tzu adopted from www.stfbr.org.
