The daughter of CCM pioneer Keith Green, Rebekah LeBeau spent her childhood years in transit, logging time in Texas, Santa Cruz, and Chicago before relocating to Hollywood to pursue work as a singer/songwriter.
Like her fellow California-based contemporary Colbie Caillat, LeBeau received an early boost from MySpace, where she uploaded several tracks of original pop/rock to a surprisingly positive response. MTV took note in 2008 and used LeBeau's material in an episode of The Hills, which exposed the unsigned musician to a wider audience and whetted the demand for her upcoming debut EP. ~ Andrew Leahey
