Minnesota-based indie pop/rockers Now, Now Every Children formed in the city of Blaine around the talents of longtime friends Cacie Dalager (vocals, guitar) and Brad Hale (drums) while the pair was still in high school.
The duo's lo-fi yet ethereal wall of sound found fans on MySpace long before the two ever took to the stage. Led by Dalager’s plain yet soaring vocals and employing a much larger sound than their spare setup would suggest, Now, Now Every Children signed to Afternoon Records in 2007 and released the EPs Not One, But Two and In the City. The group’s full-length debut, Cars, arrived in 2009. ~ James Christopher Monger
