Cue the confetti and flashing lights: on April 22, Billboard announced its 2013 Billboard Music Awards nominees. Poised to sweep up, big time? Fun., Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift, who each received 11 nominations. Our favorite badass, Rihanna, followed close on their heels with 10 noms and wildcard Psy is in the running for Top New Artist.
