Rave, chunky house, searing trance lines, chest crushing kick drums welded to snarling electro bass. Some acts make a point of sanding the rough edges, Modulate make them a feature.

After scoring dancefloor success with his own material, the Skullfuck EP and Detonation LP spawned numerous club hits and over 1 million plays online, Modulate became one of the hottest remixes in the alternative dance/electro scene with chart success around the globe.

The Robots EP delivered the band their most successful release to date in 2012, featuring 5 original tracks including a collaboration with Shaun-F (Combichrist/Glis) and 5 remixes by ADAM Lab4, Straftanz, Soman, Aesthetic Perfection and Chipset. The EP was greeted by rave reviews in the media, topping sales charts in the US and Europe, including 2 months in the Top 10 of the German Alternative Chart (DAC), peaking at #3. The band hit the road in late 2012 with a 7 date UK headline tour before shows and festivals in Europe and North America throughout 2013, New York, Oslo, a standout performance at the Baroeg Open Air festival in Rotterdam. By the end of their set organisers estimated nearly 3000 people were trying to cram into the dance tent.
