John P. Patrick, aka, Jonny Byo.
Became a singer at an early age along with the patrick family and specific training through his sister Hope while they grew up in Compton, California. Jonny Byo also had some extended family that provided a huge contribution to the way his vocal ability and arrangement sounds. Certain influence such as Alicia "Lecei" Wright, Frank E. Wilson, and Phyllis Nelson were deeply rooted in his growth and becoming apart of the singing group called Day 1.

Many churches and events later, his last year in high school is where the story began. Jonny Byo had the pleasure of meeting Kerry "KP" Paxton, the one who started Day 1. Kerry's relationship with Jonny Byo grew as they and two others, O'Keith and JB, began singing all over southern California. Many record labels had seen the group in the time where labels began cutting back on signing new boy bands (the pre & post NSYNC & B2K age). After many attempts through auditions with J, Epic, Columbia, Sony ATV, EMI, Sony Music Entertainment, and many others, Jonny Byo left Day 1.

There was a brief moment when Jonny Byo wrote & produced an album along with his cousin entitled "Made In His Image" which included himself and his cousin AIT. Jonny Byo unfortunately left the situation called 'A7J', and was married to his wife Lanetia. During his first few years of marriage, he did not continue his craft as he needed to take time with his family.

Now in the past few years, Jonny Byo has been gearing up to get more out of his voice and vocal ability. Through some current training he remembered from his group Day 1 and what he has learned, Jonny Byo has been working on a demo that will be released mid to late 2013, which will include some titles already on MYSPACE, including "Daydream(Bout You)", "Layaway", and 2 other upcoming songs that he expects to take flight to his career.

So, stay tuned to this artist for more information on his upcoming demo, his collaborations, and other releases.
