Known for her ethereal, haunting voice and the simple elegance of her music, Manchester, England, singer/songwriter Isobel Heyworth (also known as Nine Bean Rows) began performing locally in 2003.
Her 2004 EP, On the Back of an Envelope, brought her to the attention of Stephen Fretwell, who was so impressed by Heyworth that he asked her to be a guest artist on the song "Rose" from his debut album, Magpie. In addition to representing the U.K. in the PRS Danish exchange program and appearing at a number of festivals, Heyworth also released her debut album, Close Your Eyes, in 2006. ~ Katherine Fulton
