No, I am not a young new talent, I started with DJ-ing way too late and I am still learning new skills every day. But my background in music and passion to change a normal party into a splashing event, gives me the inspiration and energy to scan new music, mix it and mash it up. I am practicing Ableton Live and have the goal to once create my own songs.

My favorite dj style is warming up the crowd, starting with a blend of the real funky stuff (with real rhythm and bass guitars) and the more electronic Indie Dance / Nu Disco, increasing the BPM’s and volumes steadily up to the top hits of progressive house. But always looking for musicality, pure voices and strong arrangements instead of just computer based sequencers. The name Hedoniz refers to the art of enjoying life to the fullest. Live today, we only have one life. And since DJ was not accepted as a first name, I changed it to JayDee. Enjoy!
