Based in Houston's notorious Fifth Ward and given support by the equally notorious Rap-a-Lot/Noo Trybe stable (Geto Boys, Facemob, Do or Die), the duo of Tonya and Trementhia Jupiter formed Ghetto Twiinz and released their debut album, Surrounded by Criminals, in 1996.
In That Water followed one year later, and in 1998 the duo returned with No Pain No Gain. Got It on My Mind appeared in early 2001. ~ John Bush
