Spanish for Facto Delafé and the Blue Flowers, Facto Delafé y las Flores Azules formed in Barcelona, Spain, in late 2002.
Bringing together elements of indie rock and hip-hop, the group soon began recording and performing, and in 2003 won a talent contest in the town of El Mansou. In 2005, the group (Oscar D'Aniello and Helena Miquel, as of 2011) released its first full-length, Facto Delafé y las Flores Azules vs. El Monstruo de las Ramblas. Their 2007 sophomore follow-up, Facto Delafé y las Flores Azules en la Luz de la Mañana, was released by Warner Music Spain, and the group soldiered on to release platter number three, Delafé y las Flores Azules vs. Las Trompetas de la Muerte, in 2010. ~ Chris True
