Polish blues-rock legends best known for their hits "Czerwony Jak Cegla," "Whisky," "Harley Moj," "Mala Aleja Roz," "List do M," and "Sen o Victorii," Dżem (translates to "jam") formed in 1973, with the classic lineup consisting of Ryszard Riedel (vocals, harmonica), Beno Otreba (bass, guitar, vocals), Adam Otreba (guitar, vocals), Jerzy Styczynski (guitar), Pawel Berger (keyboards, vocals), and Leszek Falinski (drums).
The group has issued dozens of albums since their inception, and served as the backup band for Eric Clapton's 2008 concert in Gdynia. The platinum-selling Muza was released in 2010. ~ James Christopher Monger
