Following her departure from Opera IX, lead singer Cadaveria formed the band CADAVERIA in 2001, with Frank Booth, Baron Harkonnen, Killer Bob (aka John, ex Necrodeath) and Marçelo Santos (aka Flegias, Necrodeath singer).
Quickly signed by Scarlet Records, the band presents its debut album The Shadows Madame in 2002 and the sophomore Far Away From Conformity in 2004, after the departure of Baron Harkonnen from the line-up.In early 2007 the band change label and join Season of Mist, that in May releases its third album entitled In Your Blood: twelve brand new songs that mark another step ahead in the band’s artistic career.
After having toured Italy, France, Mexico, Spain and Romania, in 2010 CADAVERIA enlarged the line-up with the second guitarist Dick Laurent.
The quintet complete the songwriting and the recording of eleven dramatic new tracks, that flooded into CADAVERIA’s fourth full length album, Horror Metal, released on January 31st, 2012 on Bakerteam Records.
