Newlyweds Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra made a splash on the red carpet at Vanity Fair‘s famed Oscars afterparty on Sunday.

The couple showed off their love for photographers, posing with their arms wrapped around one another as they joined in the celebrations for Hollywood’s biggest night.

Chopra, 36, looked elegant in a black gown with a plunging tuxedo-inspired halterneck top and sheer tulle skirt embellished with sparkling appliqués. The Isn’t It Romantic actress wore her hair pulled back in a twist and kept her jewelry to a minimum, wearing only drop gold earrings.

Jonas, 26, kept it classic in a fitted navy textured tuxedo with a crisp white shirt and a black bow tie. The “Chains” singer added a touch of sparkle to his outfit with a diamond and black horseshoe-shaped broach worn on his lapel.

Both stayed in good spirits during the evening, each laughing as they stuck their tongues out at the other. “She makes me smile,” Jonas later wrote on Instagram, captioning a trio of pictures from their night out.

Chopra and Jonas tied the knot in December in Jodhpur in a lavish, two-day ceremony followed by a second reception two weeks later in Mumbai.

The honeymoon stage seems to still be in full swing for the stars, as Chopra told reporters earlier this month at her Isn’t It Romantic movie premiere that their first few months of marriage have been “just magical.”

“We haven’t changed, strangely, because we’re still navigating … getting to know each other, and it’s just magical because every day is like a new feeling and a new day and you’re learning something new,” she said.

She also revealed that while the two are in no rush to start a family, she’ll be ready for diaper duty when it comes.

“We both know that that’s something that needs to happen, but it’s not something I think about very much,” Chopra told reporters at the time. “We’re both very driven, we love our work, we’re married to our work, and we’re both very supportive of each other’s work. So I’m sure it will happen in an organic way.”

Meanwhile, Chopra and Jonas weren’t the only stars at the Vanity Fair bash.
