Death Cab for Cutie has announced their new album, after teasing details for the past few weeks.

Titled ‘Thank You For Today,’ the album marks the band’s ninth studio release. It follow’s 20175’s ‘Kintsugi‘.

They’ve also shared another song from the record – ‘Gold Rush’. You can listen to that below and see the full tracklisting for the new album.

Death Cab for Cutie previously teased music from the album, writing ‘watch this space’ on a clip of a track.

Back in May, they confirmed a new album would be arriving in August by sharing another clip of music. 

The band is gearing up to perform in Amsterdam on Saturday 16 June before playing London on Monday 19 June as part of Robert Smith’s Meltdown festival. They’ll then be playing an intimate show at London’s Scala on Tuesday 20 June – tickets here – before heading back to the US for a full tour. You can see those dates below.
