But only the first three

Liam Gallagher has expressed his desire to play Oasis‘ classic albums live in full.

Gallagher has been playing a number of the Britpop band’s songs during his current solo tour, including ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Star’ and ‘Morning Glory’, and recently said that he could soon add ‘Champagne Supernova’ to his set list.

Speaking to Q magazine recently, Liam indicated that he wants to do gigs where he plays the first three Oasis albums (1994’s ‘Definitely Maybe’, 1995’s ‘(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?’ and 1997’s ‘Be Here Now’) in full.

Gallagher also stated that he wouldn’t be as keen on performing the band’s other four studio albums, explaining: “Fuck the rest, no one cares after that”.

Meanwhile, Gallagher recently revealed that he can’t play Oasis’ classic ‘Wonderwall’ on guitar.

“I don’t even know how to play it on guitar, man, that is the joke,” he told The Herald Sun.  “My kid can play it, but seriously, I can’t,” Liam added.

“Gene’s still in sixth form but he’s desperate to be in a band. He plays guitar and drums, he’s on the lookout for band members. I’ve not heard him sing, but he’s got the attitude and the look for sure. He’s a good little guitar player; he’s better than me. I mean, I can’t play, but he’s good.”
