Whatever you do, please don't say these Spanglish words this Cinco de Mayo.

Sangweesh

What it's used for:
Sandwich

Actual word: Sandwich

The most confusing Spanish words are often the ones that are the same in English, and that definitely holds true for "sandwich." Sure, it's pronounced a little differently with accents and whatnot, but it's still the same word (unless you're talking about one of the many specific types of sandwiches that have their own names in either language). How many times have people said they're going to have un "sangweesh" for "lonche"? Probably too many to count, but that doesn't make either of them right.

Textear

What it's used for:
To text

Actual word: N/A

Technically, the use of "text" as a verb is still pretty new to the English language, so it shouldn't be much of a surprise that it doesn't actually translate over yet. Sure, you could say "send a text message" in Spanish, but who would actually say "I sent them a text message" instead of "I texted them"? It's so much longer and just all-around unnecessary.
