The young British band's taking the rock scene by storm.

The artist greenroom of the Bootleg Theater is buzzing. It's early summer, and The Hunna has recently made their way over to the U.S. from their native England for the first time. Jermaine, Dan, Jack, and Ryan are beyond thrilled to have made the journey, as they're here to promote their upcoming album, 100, which is set to release on August 22nd. "It's the story of the four of us and our lives before we were signed and released to the world. You know, before we were able to do this. It's the narration of how we got here, the things we've been through, and where we want to be. Basically, it's a bunch of different emotions crammed into one album." In a few short hours, the venue will be crowded, filled with fans who have waited patiently for the night when they finally get to see one of their favorite new musical acts perform stateside.

The gentlemen of The Hunna lent Myspace their time prior to the start of their Los Angeles show to discuss their new EP, how to stay down to earth, and the way to their hearts.

Instrument:
Guitar and vocals
Song or Band That Inspired You to Become a Musician: Ray Charles is a huge inspiration of mine. AC/DC was great, although, I have to admit that one of the first records I bought belonged to Shaggy, so I guess you could say that he too was a big influence. "It wasn't me!"
Favorite Song to Play off of 100: At the end of the set we play "Bad For You," which is all of us coming together. "She's Casual" is cool because everyone sings on it, so it's special of course.
Best Performance You've Ever Had: In Denver we had our first ever crowd surf. We jumped straight from the stage into the crowd. A few guys rushed over to make sure we hadn't actually hit the floor. That was lovely.
Dream Collaboration: Drake is the hero. Beyonce as well, and Kings of Leon.
Advice To Up and Coming Artists: Never give up and never surrender, no matter what anyone says. If you believe in it, it will happen. Put every bit of money that you can into it.
Guilty Pleasure: I love slushies. We were in Nebraska, and I walked for almost 40 minutes trying to find one. Being an Englishman, I'm not used to this heat. I went to five different places, and at the last one I asked the girl if she sold slushies. She said "no, but the gas station up there does." I walked a little further and finally got one! I was victorious. Blue raspberry if any wants to bring me one! Red roses, too.

Jermaine Angin, 23

Instrument:
Bass
Song or Band That Inspired You to Become a Musician: Michael Jackson. He's inspired me in every way. He's a legend.
Favorite Song to Play off of 100: "Bad For You" also. The whole set is pretty mental.
Best Performance You've Ever Had: We played a show back in Nottingham, England, where the downstairs bar had to take all of the glasses off of the sides because of the floor was shaking so much that the glasses were falling off of the shelves. That was pretty banging.
Dream Collaboration: Kanye and Kings of Leon. I really like Kendrick [Lamar], too.
Advice To Up and Coming Artists: Listen to as many genres as you can. Take lessons and learn to read music.
Guilty Pleasure: I can solve a Rubick's Cube in under one-and-a-half-minutes. I did a live stream on Facebook and everything.

Jack Metcalfe,

Instrument:
Drums
Song or Band That Inspired You to Become a Musician: I'd have to say Queen's-"We Will Rock You"
Favorite Song to Play off of 100: "Bad For You." We really feed off of each other while we play.
Best Performance You've Ever Had: The stage at the Electric Ballroom in Camden was the biggest show and biggest stage we've ever played. We still can't believe it.
Dream Collaboration: Action Bronson, J $tash, and Famous Dex
Advice To Up and Coming Artists: Network. Surround yourself with people on the same wavelength as you. Call up magazines and blogs and try to accomplish things independently.
Guilty Pleasure: I love food, so they call me The Food Fiend.

Dan Dorney,
24

Instrument:
Lead guitar
Song or Band That Inspired You to Become a Musician: I remember listening to The Beatles a lot when I was younger. They're great.
Favorite Song to Play off of 100: Same. "Bad For You."
Best Performance You've Ever Had: Chicago was lit! New York was our first sold out show in America. The entire tour so far has been incredible.
Dream Collaboration: Yeezy, Rihanna, and Yannis from Foals. Just Yannis, though,
Advice To Up and Coming Artists: Don't be arrogant. Play as many gigs as you can, send your demos out to as many people as you can.
Guilty Pleasure: Buy me a coffee, a doobie, and maybe a menthol cigarette. That is the way to my heart. A little bit of pizza maybe, too.
(Bandmates: "To be honest, weed is probably the way to any one of our hearts." "Weed, slushies, roses, and pizza. Maybe a little Drake playing in the background on the iPod dock." "I just hate sleeping alone...")
