She spent most of her time in the United Kingdom, but over 100 years ago decided to come to America. She came over on the Titanic. She survived the sinking, but chose to feed on unlikely survivors floating in the dark waters rather than find a lifeboat. Once she was suitably replenished from feeding on those already doomed to freeze to death, she swam to America. She became a naturalized citizen of the United States shortly afterwards.

Andee soon discovered there was more than one species of vampires. She traveled the world to prove this was more than simply a theory of hers. She discovered day walkers, shape shifters, vampires who age and many other types. She began to catalog her findings. She has many connections amongst the varied vampire species. Despite her catalog, most vampire species believe there is only one kind of vampire, their kind. They dismiss those not like themselves as not being actual vampires.

Andee has several bases of operations around the world. They are all subterranean with access to each coming from an above ground mausoleum. The subterranean bases are all huge and well stocked to survive months without a need to go to the surface.

Andee is a touch telepath and has sworn a vow only to feed on those who are intending to take another's life. She often uses herself as bait to seek such people out. For over three hundred years she has taken the personal possessions of her victims, having read their minds as to where their treasures were located. She is, therefore, quite rich. She is very generous with her money and funds many charitable organizations. She owns her own blood donation facility as a precaution that she would never need to drink the blood of an innocent person.

She is at war with no other races and has signed personal treaties with Lycans, Shifters, Witches, Ghosts, Monsters and other such groups to live in relative peace. Her identity is known to the United States government and she has done several "favors" for her adopted country. Her being a vampire is known only to a select few members of government agencies.

Andee once had sexual intercourse with a non-vampiric shape shifter, or "Shifter", named Raven. To this day, Andee is not certain if Raven is a male or female since Raven had assumed both genders during their time together. Much to Andee's surprise, Raven had impregnated her. Both had assumed this to be impossible and yet something allowed this improbable event to happen. Andee gave birth to a Vampire/Shifter hybrid she named Izabel. Izabel often assumes forms that resemble Andee, or one of the forms Raven regularly assumed, but can make herself resemble anyone. Andee is immensely proud of her daughter and has trained her to deal with her vampiric side.
