Amun Negus aka Fredrick Ferguson is a Poet ,Singer and Songwriter . Amun Negus was Born in the island of Jamaica ,in the parish of St Mary ,Amun grew up in Duhaney Park Kingston 20. He Traveled to the U.S to attend school and gain experience. At the age of 19 he started embracing the teaching of Haile Selassie ,and Marcus Garvey ,Listening to the songs of Bob Marley and the Wailers , Warrior king , Sizzla ,Coco Tea ,,he got inspired to write .to express what he was feeling ,he sees him self as a humble normal guy ,with a focused mind , who believe in creating his destiny ,he is a very ;loving ,and kind gentleman , always ready to give a hand to his fellow man .Presently Amun Negus is a Chef at George Daly House a Homeless Service Institute for the elderly in NYC. His work of Feeding the elderly has greatly influence his music and he feels he is fulfilling the duty of his Leader Haile Selassie "that the hungry must be feed ,the naked clothed ,and the helpless protected ".
